Resumen
In this article it is proposed to Design a Preventive Maintenance Management Model (hereinafter MGMP) for the facilities of the Center for Academic Laboratories "Sector O" of the Faculty of Industrial and Systems Engineering of the UNI. The MGMP will be effective, efficient and timely, that is, it will be aligned with the objectives of the licensing and the SIEF Quality System, achieved before the pandemic. It will seek to improve the effectiveness of maintenance. Likewise, activities are proposed that will improve the key indicators of the maintenance process, which will be identified. In addition, to generate a robust and effective maintenance model, factors related to the availability of resources and their respective management will be considered. The methodology used to develop the model consists of four stages: first, the diagnosis of Maintenance Management in the FIIS, specifically in the FIIS Laboratory Center. In the second stage, the activities necessary for the execution of preventive maintenance are identified and the history of activity execution frequencies is reviewed. In the third stage, the maintenance program is defined, which will be aligned with the quality system and the SIEF maintenance plan. In the fourth stage, Model for Preventive Maintenance Management will be designed, which will have as components a 5S system, the PHVA and a Maintenance Program. The proposed MGMP will allow optimization of human and material resources, as well as compliance with the objectives of the Quality System. Finally, a dissemination and awareness program were carried out for the implementation of the Model, which must continue.
