It was methodologically based from a quantitative approach, through a descriptive type of research, quasi-experimental, field and transactional design. The non-probabilistic type sample consisted of 118 high school students from a public school in Peru. The data collection instrument was the self-administered questionnaire. The results showed a significant influence of physical exercises, pertinent eating habits, changes in lifestyle and self-care, as well as the predisposition of rest to promote comprehensive activities for the benefit of students. For this reason, it was concluded that it is relevant to promote actions to strengthen physical and nutritional health from school, as well as the training of students for the promotion, in different scenarios, mainly in the family, of a healthy active life; for the benefit of the prevention and care of the individuals that make up the current and future society.
