Resumen

Pérez López, collaborator of Leonardo Polo, proposes an economic model that can be called a General Systems Theory, including the ultrastable and the stable systems as particular types. Its models offer an analytic comprehension of the human being, and of the functioning of organizations and management as well. This paper offers an overview of the purpose, the method and the scope of Pérez López research on human behavior and organizations functioning.
