Resumen
Entrepreneurial education plays a key role in developing entrepreneurial skills, highlighting fundamental stages such as teaching and practical performance. This study explores the impact of personal attitude on these stages, considering its influence on theoretical learning and its application in real-world contexts. The main objective was to analyze how personal attitude significantly affects the teaching and practical performance phases within entrepreneurial education. A non-experimental, cross-sectional design was used with a sample of 304 university students from the Apurímac region of Peru. Data were collected using a validated 20-item questionnaire and analyzed through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS4 version 4.1.0.3 and exploratory factor analysis in Jamovi version 2.3.28.0. The results showed that personal attitude has a significant and positive impact on both teaching and practical performance, with high coefficients of determination. These findings reinforce the need to design educational programs that promote entrepreneurial attitudes and connect theory with practice. It is concluded that personal attitude is a key factor in optimizing entrepreneurial education, although future research should include longitudinal studies and larger sample sizes to validate these results in other contexts. © Licencia de Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es
