The quality of higher technical education impacts the processes and outcomes, coordinating professional development actions. Decision-making and organizational capacity are potential drivers of continuous educational improvement. The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between pedagogical management and human development at technological institutes in the northern Andes of Peru. The methodology used was applied research, with a descriptive and propositional level and correlational design. A sample of 80 individuals and 460 graduates from the four higher technological institutes in the northern Andes of Peru were approached. Two data collection instruments systematized from the study variables were applied. The findings reveal that the use of teaching resources plays an important role in pedagogical management to stimulate student interest in learning. Furthermore, the operationalization of these actions enhances and guarantees the quality of the teaching-learning process. It is concluded that the means used for pedagogical management influence the professional training processes, allowing for inclusive human development that is linked to cultural and territorial conditions. © Licencia de Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es
