Resumen

PpTypes_DISDRO_WS is a collection of Python scripts that processes data from three co-located instruments installed ~20 km from Laguna LaSuntay, within the Huaytapallana Mountain Range: - OTT PARSIVEL2 optical disdrometer- GMX500 compact automathic weather station (AWS) - OTT PLUVIO2S weighing rain gauge Data were collected over one year (November 2022 – November 2023) during the TAMYA Project, funded by CONCYTEC-FONDECYT (Grant 082-2021-FONDECYT), in collaboration with IMAGEM and IGP. These scripts support the research paper: > "Evaluation and Correction of Precipitation Types Measured by a PARSIVEL2 Disdrometer in a Tropical Glacier Environment"
