Resumen
Organizational change management is a critical issue in the Peruvian public administration, as government organizations often face significant challenges when implementing changes to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction with public service. The Peruvian Public Administration scenario faces various challenges, such as corruption, bureaucracy, decentralization, regional inequality, and the need to promote citizen participation. Well-managed organizational change can contribute to streamlining processes, eliminating unnecessary or redundant activities, and improving overall efficiency. By overcoming resistance to change, new, more efficient and productive ways of working can be implemented, which can lead to better resource utilization and increased productivity. The aim of this paper is to describe the effects of resistance to change and develop effective strategies to overcome it. The research is documentary-bibliographical, which is based on the collection and critical analysis of existing information in documentary sources. To overcome resistance to change in organizations, it is essential to implement a series of strategies that address elements such as communication, worker participation, training in the development of skills, establishment of incentives and the construction of a shared vision. Organizational change management is essential for the growth and survival of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.
