Organizational AI Governance: An Effective Implementation Through Workforce Training

Resumen

Organizational AI governance is pivotal for effectively implementing and adopting artificial intelligence technology in organizations. The workforce plays a significant role in AI governance as users and operators. Consequently, effective implementation depends on the workforce's knowledge of the AI principles and risks. The researchers in this work explain the relevance and role of the workforce training approach in AI governance and describe the best practices. A training program map for AI governance is proposed based on the key elements for effective training program deployment and implementation.
