Resumen
The reflections shared in this article are the product of the methodological effort to synthesize the theoretical foundations of the subject, and then as a purpose, analyze with a hermeneutical approach the new critical pedagogies that arise from the social failure of traditional pedagogy in Latin America. The new critical pedagogies are silently demanded by sectors, to confront the intense social tensions that liberalism has generated as a governance policy that has exercised control over consumption, producing at the same time an accumulation of social inequalities. For this reason, the Dusselian Philosophy of Liberation and the Freirian Pedagogy of the Oppressed are part of the epistemological support that popular education and critical pedagogy require, to generate the right to discence and the dialogical character of didactics for the debate of problematic situations and the construction of knowledge in a liberating praxis, which must be assumed in the 21st century university in the region. © Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources.
