Resumen
The current nursing situation in Ecuador is characterized by complex challenges that affect health care throughout the country. The uneven geographic distribution of nurses, quality of training, and staff retention are critical areas requiring attention. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the optimization of the nursing workflow in Ecuador from a neutrosophic perspective, which considers the indeterminacy of the existing elements. The results revealed the need for an automated system for optimizing nursing workflow based on the diversity of local conditions and needs. In conclusion, it was seen that patient retention policies and the training of health personnel are fundamental, but their impact varies depending on the region analyzed. This neutrosophic approach highlights the complexity and need for adaptation in the management and optimization of nursing workflow in Ecuador.
