Resumen
This study analyzes the evolution of narco-narratives and their impact on the peacebuilding process in Colombia after 2016. Through a qualitative analysis of security directives, it identifies a systemic exhaustion of the prohibitionist paradigm. The article argues that a "minimalist approach" has institutionalized the "recycling of violence" by prioritizing military neutralization over structural reforms. The findings suggest that US strategic conditionality has fueled territorial instability, necessitating a shift toward indicators of "intermediate peace." This transition requires decoupling the Colombian peace agenda from the restrictive and punitive indicators of the global anti-drug regime.
