Resumen
The article converges in enhancing the importance of the measurements of the intangibles that productive companies pos-sess in order to achieve success, usually companies only account for their financial resources: investments, expenses, pro-fits, among others. However, there is still a deficiency in measuring a type of resource, which, although it is not physical, repre-sents a factor of great importance within the company: Intellectual capital, the same that seen in an integral and multifactorial way can be measured to know if this indicator is the one that gives success to the company, but it can also be measured the factors that compose it individually, such as human capital, structural capital and relational capital, which according to the results allow the company to correct them until the three success factors converge in the intellectual capital of the company and demonstrate that the company is successful and its price varies tremendously if we only cost the physical and financial value and other intangibles.
