Resumen
Current techniques of oncology such as the so-called targeted drug delivery, demands a successfully cellular uptake of drugs without any expulsion of them. Novel scenarios contemplate the usage of carbon nanotubes as being suitable to complete the action of endocytosis, so that it is expected that anomalous cells might be neutralized efficiently. Indeed, a negligible toxicity might be guaranteed. This paper, focuses on the equation of Boltzmann to describe the cellular uptake as well as scenarios of expulsion that might be dictated by electric repulsion because electric interactions between cells and surface charge of nanotubes. According to developed theory and simulations, it is found that charged compounds might to exhibit a notable relevance equally than geometrical aspects of receptor and nanotubes.
