Resumen
In this paper, it is used the well-known Fokker-Planck equation to model the interaction between receptor cell and nanoparticle. Essentially, a particular attention has been paid on the possible electrical processes previous and during the internalization of drug once has been sent along the blood stream. The expected presence of ions in both blood and target cell might to give rise to potentially phenomena that would be favorable to a eventual fail of drug delivery technique. Thus, while diffusion is assumed to exist previously to cell uptake, drift would emerge as consequence of electric attraction of rejection of nanoparticle into cell. Thus, the theoretical methodology employed in this paper, has allowed to assume some geometries that would yield consequences as to define the most efficient geometrical distances. Thus, internalization might be subject not only to geometry but also accumulation of ions, fact that would demand to engineer nanoparticles with particular geometrical and electrical properties to avoid expulsion of them from cell.
