Resumen
This project describes a mobile application for the San Miguel district that uses natural language processing and a chatbot integrated with Dialogflow to guide users in preventing and reporting cybercrimes. It generates PDF reports with a 95% success rate and extracts key data with 92% accuracy in a response time of less than two seconds. Developed with Flutter and powered by Firebase, the solution incorporates an educational module based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework and complies with the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) recommendations and Peru's Digital Government Law, Law No. 1412. The application was validated through vulnerability analysis, framework comparisons, and usability pilot tests, which confirmed its effectiveness. This technological integration aims to increase the number of formal complaints, improve digital awareness, and reduce the number of unreported incidents by offering a more accessible, reliable, and structured process.
