Resumen
In the world, more than 100 billion people suffer from a disability with an annual increase of 13% of cases in Latin America, in developing countries this figure reaches more than 400 million people, of which 80% do not have access to a myoelectric prosthesis. In Peru, more than one and a half million people suffer from a disability and 59.2% have problems using arms or legs. The development of this research presents the mechanical, electrical and electronic design of a myoelectric and mechanomyographic prosthesis to control the grip function, through an intelligent control implemented in a mechatronic system with a Myoware module and the movement of the forearm to obtain signals of muscle electrical activity, minimize noise and improve the mobility and response of the prosthesis in the operation of the actuators. In the mechanical development of the prosthesis, the calculations obtained were compared with simulations in finite elements obtaining a high resistance with parts of easy manufacture using the technology of Fused Deposition Modeling -FDM. With this, the prosthesis will improve the quality of life of people with wrist disarticulation and transradial amputation in countries with low access to myoelectric prostheses.
