Resumen

The Census Evaluation of Students was born from the need to know the level of effectiveness of educational policies and the pedagogical practices of teachers at the classroom level, considering the importance of mathematics for the development of all learning areas, the measurement was focused Of the same. In the province of Huamalíes, as in most of the country’s provinces, there is a great concern to know the level of development of learning in the area of mathematics, but these results are not within the domain of the majority of members of the educational community. huamaliana. For this reason, it was proposed as an objective to analyze the mathematical education of primary level students in the province of Huamalíes, which was carried out through the documentary analysis technique that consisted of reviewing the results achieved by the province of Huamlíes in the last census evaluations. The results show that from 2011 to 2016 there was an apparently sustained progress, the same that was not ratified in 2018, an oversight that is expected not to continue in the present year 2022. Concluding that the analysis of the Mathematics Education of Level Students elementary school in the province of Huamalíes allows us to conclude that there is no serious and less permanent policy regarding the improvement of learning in the area of mathematics.
