Resumen
To enhance the work of teachers and administrators in private basic-level educational institutions (IEPs) in the Lambayeque region, a quantitative methodology was employed, with a descriptive level, proposal, and non-experimental design. The sample included 38 employees from the IEPs under study, including both teachers and administrators as participants. The instruments used consisted of an interview guide and a questionnaire using the Likert scale to measure the work environment. The results showed that currently, under remote working conditions and on the verge of a return to semi-presential classes, the level of the work environment is "unfavorable" at 36.8%, followed by a "medium" level at 34.2%. Educational management revealed the absence of a tangible and solid practice for each of the elements involved in directing and leading a semi-presential educational institution, with deficits in the use of Information Technologies (IT). As a result, a managerial educational management model was designed, with the central axis being the use of IT.
