Resumen

With the deployment of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the challenges of university education have been changing, proposing the flexibility of learning and the use of artificial intelligence as a tool to enhance learning, creating new ways of linking to technological spaces and acquire fundamental knowledge. skills to face the dynamics of the 21st century. In the university environment there is the challenge of adapting to the modifications introduced by artificial intelligence, in order to improve the capacities of teachers and students, creating adequate technological environments to make artificial intelligence accessible. This research encourages the participation of teachers and students in the use of artificial intelligence, as a means to boost knowledge, as a support strategy in education and as an enhancer of essential digital skills to meet the demands of the digital society.
