Resumen

Which is why artificial intelligence would improve processes and improve the efficiency of the service with customers. The purpose of the research was to measure access to articles where the machine learning technique is applied to improve the detection processes and images. The methodology used was based on the investigation of relevant data in the scientific database SCOPUS, resulting in 199 articles of interest, which were delimited by the PICO and PRISMA strategies, obtaining 20 articles that met the criteria established for inclusion. . and exclusion raised, all of them being freely accessible in recent years. Finally, it is concluded that the adoption of artificial intelligence would improve electronic billing processes, making their processes more optimal, since the technology significantly advances efficiency, transparency and reliability in electronic billing services electronic invoices, image detection, artificial intelligence, technology, image detection, Invoice optimization, electronic invoice.
