Resumen
Lesson Study is one of the most impactful methods in teaching. Since its inception, its dissemination has been gaining ground in Latin America. This study was conducted in a community of teachers, in the city Quevedo-Ecuador, with the purpose of demonstrating that this method, combined with the use of technological resources, strengthens teaching practice. A quasi-experimental cross-sectional design approach was used. The results from the t-test comparing the pretest and posttest showed the mean score in the pretest was 2.450 (SD = .917) and the p-value was .075>0.05 (significant). However, in the posttest, the mean rose to 3.150 (SD = 7.887) and the p-value <0.041, which is statistically significant at .05. In conclusion, it is confirmed that this method significantly strengthened teachers' practical knowledge.
