Resumen

The main problem of the company is the volume of lost sales of products, causing a high level of non-fulfillment and customer dissatisfaction. Taking this precedent into account, it is proposed to increase productivity and reduce defective products in the pants manufacturing process, through the implementation of an adapted model of lean manufacturing and SLP, with the aim of minimizing the impact of problems. present in the company of the clothing subsector.
