Resumen
The research aimed to determine the effects of leadership as a mediator variable between simultaneous control and risk overcoming in the regional governments of southern Peru (Moquegua, Tacna and Arequipa), 2024. The research is observational, causal explanatory level, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, quantitative approach, using measurement model by the PLS technique, a survey of 03 structured questionnaires validated was applied to a sample of 230 collaborators. The findings of the structural theoretical model of the simultaneous control variable and the leadershipmediated risk overcoming reveal that there is a weak positive relationship between the route variables shown in the theoretical model. The actions of the leadership of authorities and higher officials is very weak 4.10% or changes it brings to direct relations is minimal, To the extent that there is greater transformational and cross-sectional leadership, it will positively influence simultaneous control and risk management in regional governments in southern Peru.
