Resumen
Leadership and human resource management (HRM) play a key role in organizational economic sustainability, influencing resilience and business innovation. This study analyzes the evolution of these relationships between 2019 and 2024 using a bibliometric approach. The objective is to identify emerging trends, contributions from influential academic journals, the impact of technologies on HRM, and geographical disparities in scientific production. To achieve this, a bibliometric analysis of 1,791 documents indexed in Scopus was conducted, utilizing RStudio and VOSviewer to examine productivity, citations, and collaboration networks. The results reveal an annual growth of 29.37% in publications, highlighting the consolidation of visionary and quantum leadership and the expansion of Green HRM. China and the United States lead scientific production, although gaps persist in underrepresented regions. Additionally, the most influential authors have strengthened the field with robust methodologies such as structural equation models. The study concludes that leadership and HRM are crucial for economic sustainability, with digitalization playing an increasingly significant role. Future research should integrate interdisciplinary approaches and explore less-studied regions to further consolidate knowledge in this field.
