Resumen

In this article, the authors explain the legal framework for access to and use of hydrobiological resources. They also analyze the regulations and conditions for the use of hydrobiological resources within marine protected areas, as well as the legal treatment of acquired rights in these areas. Finally, they offer legal recommendations to improve fisheries governance in Peru's protected natural areas.
