Resumen

The company as the core of the Economy is a fundamental pillar for the mobilization of productive resources, one of them conceived as human capital is man, considered indispensable for the organization, development and positioning of a company. Including people with disabilities (PWD) in the business environment entails several challenges, from obedience to legislation and regulations to social responsibility that outlines an image and reputation in Society. The main objective of the study is to identify the level of inclusion of PCA in the private sector framed within the quantitative approach with a descriptive level and accompanied by a non-experimental design. Eight dimensions were identified for the labor inclusion variable, of which only two of them: integration and attitudinal maintain complete results in the analysis, which contributes to only one company being located at the level achieved, indicating compliance with all of them. dimensions but with a lower qualification, in contrast to the rest of the economic units examined that only reach the level in process, with dimensions and actions to improve and strengthen. The insertion of PCA in the work environment requires clear legislation and adaptation to provide opportunities to a vulnerable, neglected group that, through its limitation, can boost its economy.
