Resumen
Knowledge management systems (KMS) play a critical role in business management by enabling the acquisition, storage, and utilization of knowledge for effective decision-making and competitiveness. Research has explored the impact of digital innovation and communities of practice on QMS, and this study aims to investigate research trends in SGC. The methodology is outlined through bibliometric analysis, following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, using the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The results suggest that both 2020 and 2022 exhibited exceptional performance, demonstrating consistent expansion. The shift in theme reveals a concentration on Knowledge Sharing and Kms, addressing present needs. Prominent terms that are emerging consist of Smes, Higher Education, and Organizational Culture, showing attention on enterprise and educational adaptation. The discoveries establish a reliable basis for the prospective research direction of SGC.
