Resumen
We present the clinical case of a 2-month-old male infant who was admitted to the emergency department with persistent fever and a generalized rash. Physical examination and echocardiographic findings were suggestive of Kawasaki Disease, with evidence of bilateral coronary artery aneurysms. The patient received immunomodulatory treatment with favorable clinical and laboratory response. This case highlights the rare and severe presentation of Kawasaki Disease in early infancy, emphasizing the need for timely diagnosis and management to prevent cardiac sequelae. © The authors.
