Resumen

INTRODUCTION: A Pediatric Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C or PIMS) similar to Kawasaki disease has appeared since the COVID19 pandemic. CLINICAL CASE: We present the case of an older infant with a history of COVID-19 for 3 months, with a diagnosis of Kawasaki disease and atypical symptoms. CONCLUSION: The incidence of symptoms similar to that of Kawasaki disease has been increasing after the appearance and exposure of COVID-19, having atypical symptoms has been called a pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome.
