Macetas A.J.J.; Collatupa S.E.M.; Espinoza J.M.V. · Proceedings of the LACCEI international Multi-conference for Engineering, Education and Technology (2024) · DOI: 10.18687/leird2024.1.1.566

Resumen

Most of the companies present difficulties that afflict the productive activities, essentially in their main process, with deficiencies in the management and adoption of a new system. This review aims to identify a lean manufacturing technique that provides hig her productivity and continuous improvement to reduce errors. Method: 187 articles were examined in Scopus under a selection structure, of which 24 met the criteria established for filtering. Results: the most employed techniques that have improved processes in different sectors and industries, in addition, the main problems that affect the expected objectives of industrial companies were shown. Conclusions: Data treatment, the 5s and VSM present the greatest use to eliminate errors in the processes and achieve the objectives in terms of quality, flexibility, efficiency, effectiveness, costs, resource management and time based on the sectors, where they manifest the greatest frequency of use, s uch as manufacturing, mechanical and iron and steel.
