Resumen
The main objective is this research study is to analyze the correlation between the variables internal marketing and organizational commitment with the work climate of university faculty, based on three theoretical frameworks: Bohnenberger, focused on internal marketing, Meyer and Allen, centered on organizational commitment, and Litwin and Stringer, concerning work climate. The methodology is descriptive-correlational, using a structured questionnaire of 92 items with a 5-point rating scale, applied to a probabilistic sample of 309 professors from a total population of 1558. The results show a positive and significant correlation between the variables. The relationship between internal marketing and work climate is moderate while the relationship between organizational commitment and work climate is low. It is concluded that improvements in internal marketing and organizational commitment are positively associated with a better work environment in the universities examined.
