Resumen

This research aims to analyze the internal control in labor performance at the headquarters of the courts and chambers of the commercial sub-specialty of the commercial court of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima. It was conducted under a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design and a sample of 15 employees. The results demonstrated that a proper management and execution of internal controls, constant monitoring and supervision activities, proper workplace infrastructure and a suitable training program for the employee, have a positive influence on the performance of the employees.
