Resumen
Artificial intelligence simplifies and automates repetitive administrative tasks, serving as a transformative and powerful tool for educational management when used strategically and ethically in internal and external processes. The study aims to optimize the efficiency of administrative processes by integrating artificial intelligence into the educational management of graduate schools at public universities in Peru. The study follows a positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, applied type, explanatory level, with a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 42 administrative workers from the graduate school under study, and the sample consisted of 42 administrative staff members specializing in the use and management of artificial intelligence and processes. The result obtained was a Nagelkerke value of 0.937, which explains a 93.70% positive effect of artificial intelligence on higher education management. It was concluded that artificial intelligence shows a positive trend towards integration in educational management, although challenges and resistance persist, especially in training in its use and management in compliance with ethical standards.
