Integrated strategic management system for continuous improvement in a teacher training center

Resumen

Strategic management aims to determine the achievement of strategic objectives for continuous improvement. At the Public Pedagogical Higher Education School in Arequipa, the research will be conducted within a methodological framework of a qualitative approach-a case study, for which the observation technique will be used alongside the documentary registration instrument. This will enable the collection of data on the Institutional Strategic Project (PEI) in relation to each outlined objective. The conclusion intended to be reached is that the use of the Excel application is effective in precisely determining the achievement of each of the PEI’s strategic objectives, thus visualizing continuous improvement.
