Resumen
The main competitive advantage of textile companies is achieved by fulfilling the order times placed by customers with constant quality. To address the problem, it is proposed to improve the efficiency of the line through Lean tools. For this reason, the study will develop into a cap manufacturing company police, which complaints have been reported to the production area due to low efficiency. This research proposes to apply the synergy of tools such as Standardized Work and Poka Yoke with the purpose of increase production and this way to avoid cost overruns. This model was validated by software Sand, whose results are reducing defective products from 22.57% to 1.47%, reprocessed products from 23% to 10% and increase efficiency from 44.43% to 62%.
