Resumen

Peruvian coffee is valued globally for its excellent quality, but it currently faces several challenges within the supply chain, making the implementation of innovative strategies essential. Therefore, technological integration becomes a key factor in optimizing processes from production to export. This study aimed to understand how technological innovations, along with management strategies and collaboration among stakeholders, influence the sustainable development and positioning of Peruvian coffee for export. The study was conducted as a systematic review, analyzing secondary sources from scientific articles and theses on the topic, using the PRISMA methodology for source selection and filtering. The results indicate that the main innovations are geared towards process digitization, strengthening traceability, and optimizing logistics. However, the application of new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and advanced artificial intelligence remains limited, especially within cooperative and exporting companies. It is concluded that technological implementation contributes to enhancing international competitiveness, as well as operational efficiency; likewise, it promotes the environmental and social sustainability of the coffee sector.
