Resumen
The influence of time on the vitrification process was evaluated for the inertization of agricultural soils contaminated by Pb, Cd and Fe, in the district of Sayapullo, province of Gran Chimú, La Libertad. For the analysis, 3 times (6, 8 and 12 hours) of vitrification were taken into account, whose processes were carried out ex situs. The samples were subjected to 900° C in a muffle furnace. In this way, it was obtained that the time with the best results was 12 hours, thus reducing 70.41% (Pb), 98.70% (Cd) and 59.78% (Fe). Likewise, through the Spss program, the hypothesis was validated and the bivariate evaluation test was carried out, presenting a high evaluation between the variables. Through linear regression, it was demonstrated that 98.3% of the dependent variable is explained thanks to the independent variable. Thus concluding that time significantly influences the vitrification process.
