Resumen
The purpose of this systematic research is to analyze the influence of human resources management on the personnel recruitment process, as well as to identify strategies that can improve its quality and efficiency. To this end, a systematic review of the scientific literature published between 2019 and 2024 was conducted in the Scopus database. Fifteen relevant studies were identified that met the established eligibility criteria. The results show that the participation of the human resources department is essential in all stages of recruitment, from profile definition to the final selection of the candidate. This ensures that the most suitable personnel are hired, which translates into better performance and greater productivity for the organization. Furthermore, the reviewed studies identified that business sectors that have implemented HR have shown improvements in internal and external aspects. Some indicators that demonstrate this correlation fall into talent management, organizational effectiveness, process automation, and KPI development. Although studies on these topics exist, there is a lack of updated systematic reviews that integrate these variables in recent contexts of digital transformation. This paper seeks to fill this gap and provide an updated perspective to guide future research and professional practices. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the importance of effective human resource management for successful recruitment, which impacts organizational performance and competitiveness.
