Resumen
The objective of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of team reflexivity, innovation culture, entrepreneurial passion, and knowledge sharing as mediating factors in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and project success. A cross-sectional quantitative design was used, with a sample of 436 cadets from a military school in Chorrillos, Lima, Peru. The analysis was performed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show that entrepreneurial leadership influences project success both directly and indirectly, and that innovation culture and knowledge sharing emerge as significant mediators. It is concluded that integrating psychosocial factors enables a more precise understanding of leadership's contribution in demanding organizational contexts.
