Resumen
The right to inclusive education is a matter of concern for both the community and international organizations. It ensures protection and access to comprehensive learning for students with special needs through specific, non-discriminatory practices. In this research, we analyze the theoretical-conceptual guidelines of inclusive education and its impact on the student population with special needs. Taking a critical inter and multidisciplinary perspective, we view this issue as an ongoing process that aims to achieve academic integration while safeguarding individual rights. Ultimately, inclusive education benefits not only students but also society by promoting positive values and acting as a conduit for their propagation.
