Implementation of the Nisira e-Doctechnological Program to Improve the Commercial Management of Megacentro Boutique in Ciudad Chepén, Peru

Resumen

The aim of this research was to implement the Nisira e-doctechnological program to enhance the commercial management of Megacentro Boutique in Ciudad Chepén in 2022. It was a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, involving documentary analysis and a cross-sectional design. The study used a sample of 120 monthly operation records of the company's commercial management, including purchases, sales, and returns, with 60 records from the period before implementation and another 60 records from after implementation. The study concluded that the implementation of the Nisira system positively improves the commercial management of the SME, as reflected by the percentage differences for purchases, sales, and returns, which were 13.65%, 12.31%, and 6.37%, respectively, in the commercial management of SMEs in the year 2022.
