Implementation of the digital portfolio of the subject for quality assurance, in the framework of the accreditation process at the Professional School of Systems Engineering

Resumen

In the processes of accreditation and continuous improvement typical of the university education system, it is essential to demonstrate the development and results of the work of students and professors in the teaching-learning process throughout a semester. This article presents the digital system that allows this collection in a timely manner and the experience of its use in the Professional School of Systems Engineering. This system works on the Google Sites platform, that is, it is a Web-based alternative, in combination with a virtual classroom implemented on the Learning Management System Moodle platform. The integration of both has allowed a successful implementation of digital portfolios that allows not only accountability in the self-assessment process, but also the formulation of improvement plans at the subject level and of our school.
