This paper was prepared with the purpose of solving four specific problems that occur in a company in the construction sector, Vidriería El Milagro in the year 2024, which is located in the city of Lima, Peru. The investigation began with the diagnosis, verifying the current state of the company, where the economic losses caused by each problem were determined. In this regard, the problems identified were the following: Loss of orders and poor plant distribution. For the correct mitigation of these, two solution alternatives were proposed, which were applied respectively to the aforementioned problems: Poka Yoke/Kanban and layout redesign. The following results were obtained. POKA YOKE managed to increase order fulfillment to values between 91% to 94% and the layout redesign managed to reduce downtime in the search for materials, increasing productive time to 97%. It is concluded that an adequate solution proposal adapted to the problematic context is beneficial for the organization.
