Resumen
The realization of this research project made it possible to save lives and reduce the mortality of vulnerable people in times of pandemic and of people who were in critical health situations (we are referring to diseases such as cancer, cerebral palsy, heart disease, arthritis, dystrophy muscle, types of diabetes, including childhood diabetes, etc; in terminal patients, children, pregnant mothers, and the elderly mainly); Therefore, the use of Smart Data Center technology is very important to reduce costs and increase its efficiency within the situation of health emergencies. The frequency of medical appointments before and after the Teleconsultation will be optimized, the results obtained in the methodology proposed in the project being important; as well as the reduction of mortality, and give continuity to the service for the future. According to the result obtained, it is possible to improve the care of patients with COVID 19, giving them adequate treatment remotely, fulfilling the objective of improving care in health centers in the established population. The design and implementation of the Smart Data Center for Teleconsultations, allows optimizing services and reducing waiting times as it is automated. The conclusion will be to reduce the deaths of patients affected by COVID 19 and other serious and/or critical diseases mentioned above, being a contribution of the FIEIUNFV to society; preventing and fighting the pandemic.
