Resumen
Digital environments have a significant presence in educational contexts, making it necessary to identify their contributions to higher education. The objective of the study was to determine the impact of ubiquitous learning on the development of communication skills, recognizing its contributions to oral expression, textual production, reading comprehension, and artistic expression. The type of research was basic, with a quantitative and correlational approach. The sample consisted of 150 university students chosen by random probability sampling. The technique applied was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire validated by experts who determined its relevance, consistency, and appropriateness. The results showed the positive impact of ubiquitous learning on communication skills, observing that virtual interaction favors verbal skills, writing, comprehension, and artistic expression. These findings were contrasted with previous studies that point to the effectiveness of learning as a pedagogical strategy for promoting communication skills. Based on this, it is concluded that ubiquitous learning optimizes academic and professional communication among university students because it allows access to information anytime, anywhere, influencing knowledge acquisition. Therefore, its incorporation improves academic results in communication skills and generates active participation throughout the educational community.
