Resumen
The phenomenon of violence against women has been increasing over the decades; that is why this research aimed to determine the influence of the management of the Puno District Women’s Emergency Center on the quality of life of Peruvian women victims of violence during the year 2022. Methodologically, the research was worked with the quantitative approach supported by theoretical analysis with a non-experimental research design. The information collection instrument was the questionnaire applied to a sample of 164 women users of the CEM. The results reveal that women victims of violence recognize the impact of CEM management on their quality of life, mainly in the dimension of emotional well-being, followed by social well-being and personal development. It is concluded that the institutional role of the CEM del Puno and the organizational principles that guide this type of institution determine recognition as a key instance in the health care of Peruvian women.
