Guidance Action Against Gender Violence: A Phenomenological Study in School

Temoche Quiroga J.M.; Bazán Guzmán M.L. · Memorias de la Conferencia Iberoamericana de Complejidad, Informatica y Cibernetica, CICIC (2024) · DOI: 10.54808/cicic2024.01.325

Resumen

This study thoroughly addresses comprehensive tutorial action as a tool to prevent gender-based violence in school settings. Through literature review, the complexity of the phenomenon and the importance of a comprehensive approach are highlighted, including individual and group tutorials, grounded in confidentiality, data collection, and proper use of technology. The relationship between tutor satisfaction and student outcomes is underscored, emphasizing active parental involvement in academic management as key to overcoming reluctance and adapting to social dynamics. A guidance plan is proposed as pedagogical guidance, evaluating individual student performance and recognizing achievements to positively impact academic performance. Effective communication, teacher training, and family inclusion are identified as crucial experiences to prevent gender-based violence. The lack of reflective spaces on gender-based violence among teachers and students is highlighted as a challenge, addressed through behavior profile management and communicative action to early identify possible cases. Prioritizing comprehensive tutorial action, formalizing protocols, and contextualizing prevention within a comprehensive equality education approach are essential. The technical and methodological competence of staff, with clear roles and constant feedback, is crucial for effective prevention.
