Resumen
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business higher education has triggered an unprecedented transformation in scientific productivity and academic ethics. This study aims to analyze the impact of AI on the research output of business students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Following the PRISMA 2020 protocol, a final sample of 40 thematic articles was selected, structurally supported by the TPACK framework and UTAUT theory. The results were categorized into three dimensions: (i) Output Optimization (45% of the sample), (ii) Adoption and Ethics (37.5%), and (iii) Pedagogical Transformation (17.5%). The EPIC Model (Ecosystem for Productivity, Intelligence, Integrity, and Criticality) is proposed as a theoretical synthesis. It concludes that AI acts as a productivity catalyst whose effectiveness is conditioned by technological acceptance and a curricular redesign (RBL) that prioritizes the research process over the final result. This study provides a strategic roadmap for business schools to integrate AI ethically and effectively.
