Resumen
The traditional way of transmitting knowledge is the difference in professional practice. The development of skills and competences derives from the interaction with university teachers. The literature review shows that gamification does motivate students and promotes the acquisition of digital competences. It was concluded that gamification is an innovative mechanism that allows legal content to be transmitted, is a motivating element that can be used by teachers, generates dynamism in the interaction with virtual learning environments and contributes to reducing the digital divide.
