Liñan-Acosta B.; Bazalar-Gonzales O.; Santisteban J. · International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Computer, Data Sciences, and Applications, ACDSA 2025 (2025) · DOI: 10.1109/acdsa65407.2025.11166447

Resumen

This study focuses on preventing cyberattacks by utilizing various frameworks. There are several prominent cybersecurity frameworks, including the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), Cyber Essentials, COBIT, HITRUST CSF, and MITRE ATT&CK, all of which are significant in the cybersecurity community. These five frameworks are particularly notable for their emphasis on specific areas of cybersecurity, such as risk management, system protection, and incident response. This analysis compares five security frameworks, focusing on key metrics such as certification requirements, Ownership, Scope, Functions, and Focus. The aim is to provide a guide that helps organizations make informed decisions when choosing security frameworks that align with their specific needs and the ever-changing landscape of digital threats.
